We take you property inspection trip to the avaliable places . when you decide about the land and location our architect design your home according to your wish and budget . Then we make consraction agreement contract between us which is going to protect both of our rights. Constraction time is between six and eight months according to the size and the place of property. First deposit is paid when agreement signed , then second deposit is taken when construction improved after two months. And final payment , the balance paid when our customer takes tapu of the property onto his name and happly satisfied.
